The future of mentoring has arrived: we support the next generation’s educational and career choices with artificial intelligence
The Milestone Digital Mentor is a next-generation platform that uses adaptive algorithms and Big Data to create a personalized “roadmap” for each student. It is not just an informational interface, but an active companion that:
- Sets micro-goals: It breaks down large and sometimes intimidating goals (such as successful admission abroad) into manageable daily steps.
- Takes a holistic view: It considers not only grades, but also the student’s emotional and social development.
- Evolves with you: The system continuously learns from user interactions, making its advice and recommendations increasingly accurate.
Ten years of experience, powered by the technology of the future
What makes this project unique is that we are not starting from scratch. We are embedding over ten years of mentoring and career guidance experience accumulated at the Milestone Institute into our algorithms. Our goal is to make the high-quality mentoring that was previously available only to a limited number of students accessible to a much wider audience through technology – whether in private schools or for individual users.
Official background and support
We are proud that the development is being realized במסגרת the Széchenyi Plan Plus program, with support of HUF 114.68 million from the European Union and the Hungarian central budget. During the project, with a total budget of HUF 173.4 million, experts from Milestone Consulting Ltd. will work in the coming months on prototype design, pilot programs, and market validation.
The project is scheduled to conclude in September 2027, and along the way we will continuously share the latest development results.
Why does this matter?
We believe that artificial intelligence does not replace human knowledge – it amplifies it. With the Milestone Digital Mentor, we are providing students with a tool that enables them to approach their adult lives with greater confidence, awareness, and success.
